In our effort to maintain the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction, KECO will refund or replace purchases that do not meet expectations of performance or quality. In order to make request for credit or replacement, the original purchaser must return the product with all original components postage pre-paid to the following:

KECO maintains the right at its discretion to make final determination of eligibility of claim of defective product. KECO will replace or credit any defective product at no charge to the original purchaser.
