Four easy steps: 1) Spread glue from glue gun on appropriate size dent tab and apply to dent 2) After 5 minutes, use slide hammer to pull dent tab outwards 3) Remove excess glue with cleaner supplied in kit 4) Tap down with knock down hammer or Bondo & paint
